How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

If you have commissioned a custom engagement ring or a bespoke lab-grown diamond piece, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for our master artisans to craft and perfect your design. You will receive a confirmation email with secure tracking details the moment your package leaves our workshop.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Seasworth Jewels purchase. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for standard, unworn fine jewelry returned in its original, pristine condition with all accompanying documentation and packaging. Please note that bespoke orders, custom-designed engagement rings, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, as they were uniquely crafted specifically for you.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping tier selected at checkout.
